Welcome to Wilson School!
I feel extremely fortunate to join this fine staff and community. Wilson is an outstanding school with a tradition of high student achievement. This is a testament to our outstanding teachers, students and parents and is certainly a source of pride for our community. But it is only part of what makes this school a great place to be.
What sets us apart is the belief that a Wilson education is about more than just a mastery of standards. It is my hope to see each student leave Wilson with the skills to acquire new knowledge and adapt in a rapidly changing world. Our goal is to uncover the gifts and talents of each child and provide a supportive environment for them to grow as learners. I believe children should emerge from our school with a love of learning and the ability to think critically about the world around them. It is this enthusiasm and curiosity that creates lifelong learners who grow up knowing they can achieve anything.
