Patrols
School patrols will help students cross the intersection. We urge you to acquaint yourself with all crossings and the route your child will follow. Patrols are on duty at crossings for 20 minutes before school begins and 15 minutes after school is out. Students crossing patrol supervised streets are expected to cross only with patrols and during the times when patrols are on duty.
The school staff considers student safety of the utmost importance. We urge your full cooperation in encouraging your child to always obey the school patrols and be continually alert at crossings.
8:45 - 9:00 a.m. All students come to school.
3:00 - 3:15 p.m. All students go home.
Emergency Procedures
As part of our curriculum, we instruct students in dealing with emergencies such as fire or earthquakes. Fire drills are held periodically. Parents and guardians need to review procedures to use if an emergency occurs to or from school, or if an adult is not at home when your child arrives home from school. Parents and guardians should also review procedures their children should follow in the event of an emergency early dismissal from school.
