Leave it to a Franklin alumnus to climb Mt. Everest. What likely started with the school slide as a tot, has evolved into something much bigger. Dawes Eddy, Franklin class of 1957, made it to the top on May 20, 2009. And not only that, Dawes was the oldest person at the time to get to the top. Congratulations Dawes!
